THE Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Bashir Jamoh, received in audience Students who are maritime forum members from the University of Lagos, UNILAG.

During the visit, Jamoh described Maritime industry as the best industry, noting that the time has come for proper delineation between maritime Governance and Ocean Governance.

He wants Nigerians to de-emphasize certification in favour of Skill sets.
