THE Independent National Election Commission, INEC, has declared Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, as the winner of the presidential election in Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

Abubakar pulled 259,997 votes to defeat President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who scored 152,224.
