THE book, Oluwatoyin Temitayo Ogundipe @ 60 Audacity of Resilience, written by Professor Oluwatoyin Temitayo Ogundipe was launched on January 25, 2022 at the J. F. Ade-Ajayi Main Auditorium of the University of Lagos.
The book is the biography of Professor Oluwatoyin Temitayo Ogundipe and it gave account of how the writer made it in life against all odds and strived to be what he is today.
Born on May 31, 1960, Prof. Ogundipe obtained BSC and Master’s degree in Botany from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Prof. Ogundipe is currently the 12th Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos.
Audacity Of Resilience is the first book that is solely authored by Prof. Ogundipe, although he has co-authored 8 books in the past.
Speaking at the event, organised by his committee of friends, the governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who is also the special guest of honour, extolled the leadership qualities of the author and the impact he has made on humanity and the world around him.
