The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Sunshine Stars of Akure will host Rangers FC would on Sunday at the Akure Township Stadium.
According to the coach, “our mission going to Akure is to claim the maximum points against the host.”
Mangut noted that the technical crew is not happy with the team’s performance in their last game against Lobi Stars.
”In spite of the woeful performance and the result, I still believe we will get a win in Akure to enhance our position on the league log.
”We are trying to get the players back to their best after the disappointing result against Lobi Stars and I know that the players know what we are expecting from them.
”All we need at the moment is a motivational game to keep going and that should come as soon as possible,” he said.
Mangut hailed the officiating in the league so far and urged the referees not to relent to ensure a successful season.
”I know that the match in Akure will be a tough one but a win is paramount for us and Rangers FC is ready for the battle,” Mangut said
