Rape Allegations: Fatoyinbo regains Freedom

BIODUN Fatoyinbo, founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, has been released by the Nigerian police on Wednesday.

Fatoyinbo was released the after being interrogated by detectives from the Force Criminal Investigation Department, FCID, in Abuja, for two days and was expected to return to the Force headquarters for further questioning today, August 28.

He is being questioned over allegations of rape made against him by Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo.

He had returned to the FCID office for the continuation of the interrogation, which started on Tuesday.

The police said Fatoyinbo was granted bail on Wednesday after meeting its conditions.
