SPINAL surgeons decompress tight spinal nerves and stabilise unstable segments. Modern day spinal healing occurs with strategies that calm irritated nerve roots, restore strength and function of ligaments, muscles, and bones. Nerve root mobility may be enhanced by deep belly breathing and nerve mobilisation exercises. Spinal joints mobilization may be restored with range-of motion exercises.

Amy Cuddy in her studies suggest that there are positive hormonal changes associated with posture of the spine.

Using f-MRI, Britta Holzel among others have shown reparative and positive changes on the brain with meditation.

John Sarno writes about emotional healing and spine performance.

This video documents a biblical healing of the spine as referenced in Luke 13:10-17.

On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.” Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God. This healing is said to be affected by divine touch.

This animation “Jesus Heals the Spine” was produced by Arjunah Productions, New York Office. The production was carried by Luma Pixels, based in Mumbai India.  Opinions were sought from Paul Osteen of the Joel Osteen Ministries. Spinal Surgeon Patrick F. O’Leary served in the assessment of the accuracy of this piece.
