THE House of Representatives has summoned the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor Godwin Emefiele over the apex bank’s new policy on over-the-counter and automated teller machine (ATM) withdrawals. 

This followed a resolution by the lawmakers during plenary on Thursday.
