THE Commissioner of Police Anambra State Police Command, CP Aderemi Adeoye on Monday, visited the commercial city of Onitsha to assess the security deployment and also interacts with Shuttle drivers plying Upper Iweka Road to asertain the return of commercial activities in the area.

While interacting with the shuttle drivers, the CP announced the lifting of curfew in Nnewi, Onitsha and Ogbaru by the State Government and urged them to be law-abiding, vigilant and promptly report acts of crime to the nearest police station or call the Command Control room number 07039194332 or the PRO- 08039334002 for any security related matter for prompt response.

According to the Comissioner, “in doing this, shows the act of patriotism to the nation and in return your safety is our responsibility.”
