Ollie Robinson and Shoaib Bashir replaced Mark Wood and Rehan Ahmed for fourth Test
ENGLAND have named Ollie Robinson and Shoaib Bashir in their team for the fourth Test against India in Ranchi.
Seamer Robinson, 30, will play in his first match of the series while off-spinner Bashir, 20, is recalled after he was dropped for the third Test.
Leg-spinner Rehan Ahmed, 19, and 34-year-old pace bowler Mark Wood are the players to miss out.England have also kept faith with middle-order batter Jonny Bairstow despite a run of modest scores.Bairstow’s place had come under increased scrutiny after averaging 17 in six innings with a top score of 37.India lead the five-match series 2-1 with two matches left to play.England team: Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Stokes (captain), Ben Foakes (wicketkeeper), Tom Hartley, Ollie Robinson, James Anderson, Shoaib Bashir.
