An Ado-Ekiti Magistrates’ Court on Friday remanded a 73-year-old man, Dada Orimoloye in prison for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl.
Orimoloye, of no fixed address, is facing a one-count charge of rape.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Oriyomi Akinwale, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Oct. 17, in Iyin-Ekiti.
Akinwale said that the accused lured the 14-year-old girl into his room and defiled her.
