SUPER Falcons captain, Rasheedat Ajibade, is sponsoring 11 Lagos State coaches for the 3rd batch of NIS/LSFA Coaching Certification Course.

Akeem Busari, Media Coordinator, Lagos State Football Association (LSFA), said this in a statement on Monday in Lagos.

He said the Atletico Madrid Femenino forward paid for the training of the coaches through the Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation (RAF).

She also pledged to continue to give back to the society and mentor young girls who desire a career in sports.

Ajibade urged the Lagos FA to always provide adequate information concerning its future programmes, to enable the foundation to be part of it.

Responding, the LSFA Chairman, Hajji Gafar Liameed, expressed gratitude to the former FC Robo Queens of Lagos star.

He commended her for giving the lucky coaches the opportunity to further improve their knowledge of the round leather game.

Liameed assured that the coaches would also get the necessary certification to operate as licensed coaches.

He also called on well-meaning individuals and corporate organisations to key into the several programmes and activities of the LSFA. (NAN)
