Supreme Court Upholds Kogi Governor’s Election

THE Supreme Court on Tuesday, September 20, upheld the election Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.

The seven-man panel headed by Justice Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta affirmed the election after listening to the closing statements of all the counsel, thereby validating the judgments of the lower courts.

The court also said it would provide reasons for its decision on September 30.
