Diamond Bank launches Diamond Woman, a proposition specifically designed to highlight and discuss real issues which affect women and cater for their needs

DIAMOND Bank Plc, a leading retail bank in Nigeria, has launched the Diamond Woman, a proposition specifically designed to cater for the needs of women. The programme will provide lifestyle and business advisory services to women in the country.
During the launch, Ayonna Trimnell, divisional head, corporate communications of the bank, said: “Diamond Woman is a unique proposition put together by the bank to highlight and discuss real issues which affect women, including lifestyle, domestic abuse, marriage issues and financial advisory services amongst others.
“The decision to provide a suite of value-adding services specifically targeted at women was not a difficult one for us at Diamond Bank because our service delivery approach takes into cognizance the unique features of our customers and thus seeks to provide tailored services to them. With the Diamond Woman proposition, women worldwide now have an avenue to be empowered to achieve their goals,” Trimnell said.
According to the bank, the Diamond Woman proposition boasts of an interactive website which is www.diamondwoman.com.ng where women from all walks of life within and outside Nigeria can start and contribute to conversations on issues that are important to them. However, by signing up to the Diamond Woman proposition, women have an opportunity for unique and preferential benefits including three months’ free banking on DiamondXclusive or Diamond Aspire accounts.
This, however, means that women pay zero charges on their accounts for the first three months and also get free access to Diamond BusinessXpress seminars for all women entrepreneurs who have a Diamond BusinessXpress account, DBXA, as well as discounted interest rates on credit card repayments for every woman who obtains a Diamond Credit Card amongst a host of perks.
