Tinubu congratulates veteran journalist, Farouk, at 75

PRESIDENT Bola Tinubu has congratulated former Editor of the Daily Times, Farouk Muhammed, on his 75th birthday.

Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday in Abuja.

Tinubu rejoiced with the Editor who served the country in many capacities with his versatility, experience and gift of writing.

The President acknowledged the noble role of the Editor at the public relations department of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries.

”He consistently projected the image of Nigeria on the global stage with diligence, discipline, and foresight.”

He prayed for the celebrant’s well-being and that of his family. (NAN)
