THE Kaduna State governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting on Thursday sacked Governor Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The tribunal declared that the 2023 governorship election in the state was inconclusive.

The verdict was announced via zoom after the judges shunned the physical hall.

It ordered that fresh elections be conducted in seven wards of four local government areas in the State.

The petition was filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Isa Ashiru.
