UBER, in conjunction with the United Bank for Africa Plc, UBA, is offering the bank’s cardholders up to N6, 000 worth of free rides from now till March 31. UBA cardholders, who sign up for Uber through its mobile app, will get up to N3, 000 off each of their first two rides.
But to start, a customer needs to sign up with any UBA card and enter the promo code known as UBARIDES. “Uber gets you a ride at the push of a button – there’s no waiting on the street or walking through unfamiliar neighbourhoods to find reliable transport. It’s the most convenient way to get a safe, reliable and affordable ride – the app detects your location, tells you about your driver in advance.”
