UEFA Champions League: Liverpool to host RB Leipzig in Budapest
Sports
NEXT week’s 2020/2021 UEFA Champions League last 16 return leg game between Liverpool and RB Leipzig will take place in Budapest, the continent’s ruling body UEFA said on Thursday.
The relocation of the March 10 game was necessary because RB Leipzig would have faced a two-week coronavirus-related quarantine if they had played in England.
The first leg was also played in Budapest due to virus restrictions, with Liverpool winning 2-0. (dpa/NAN)
