Ukodhiko lauds Ovie of Ozoro’s contribution to peace, nation-building

HOUSEof Representatives member-elect, Pst. Jonathan Ukodhiko has lauded His Royal Majesty, Anthony Uvietobore Ogbogbo, Ibuka 1, Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom for his contributions to peaceful coexistence and nation building.
Ukodhiko, gave the commendation on Friday in Abuja, in a statement commemorating the birth anniversary of the frontline monarch from Delta State.
Stating that, “since his ascension as monarch, the Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom, has been strongly committed to the sustenance of peace, unity, harmony, security, and his invaluable contributions to the development of Nigeria.
The former Delta State Commissioner for Energy, Engr. Ukodhiko stated, “the monarch embodied the rich culture, tradition, and the heritage of Isoko nation and, he has been pivotal to the execution of the policies and programmes of Government at the various levels.
“A highly respected monarch and lawyer, he has also, provided purposeful leadership, and his reign has ushered unprecedented peace, economic prosperity, and development to Ozoro and Isoko nation as a whole.
“As the State Chairman, Traditional Rulers of Oil Mineral Producing Communities of Nigeria, (TROMPCON), Delta Chapter, he has commendably displayed an exceptional character of a true leader.”
The Isoko Federal lawmaker-elect, Ukodhiko, expressed hope of collaborating with Isoko traditional rulers in his engagement in the House of Representatives in order to adequately promote the interest of Isoko nation.
“On behalf of my family and associates, I join the good people of Ozoro Kingdom, and Isoko ethnic nationality to celebrate a great monarch, His Royal Majesty, Barr. Anthony Uvietobore Ogbogbo, Ibuka 1, the Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom on the occasion of his birth anniversary.”
The Peoples Democratic Party’s House of Representatives member-elect, Pst Jonathan Ukodhiko prayed to God Almighty to bestow on the Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom good health and longevity on the throne.
