Ukodhiko salutes Rev. Simeon Okah, at 72

MEMBER representing Isoko Federal Constituency, House of Representatives, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has congratulated former National Vice President, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, South South Region, Rev. Simeon Okah as he clocks 72years.

Hon. Ukodhiko, in a statement on Tuesday by Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Ajirioghene Oreh, said, “Rev. Okah has proven to be a focused religious leader and a fearless preacher of the gospel in Nigeria and Africa.”

The Isoko federal lawmaker lauded the popular End-time preacher, Rev. Simeon Okah, for his contributions to the promotion of peace, unity, harmony among the people of different religions and denominations in Delta State and Nigeria.

Ukodhiko said; “I rejoice with an illustrious son of Isoko-nation from Irri, a highly respected Nigerian Pastor and a General in God’s Army, His Eminence, Rev. (Dr.) Simeon Okah, founder and presiding Bishop of Flock of Christ Mission Int’l Inc as he turns the age of 72.

“Dear Reverend, you have given a good account of yourself in the last 50years as an ordained man of God and spiritual leader who untiringly leads the people to worship God in truth and in spirit, standing out as a bridge between the sacred and the profane.

“Your life indeed has been a full expression of heaven’s testament in all ramifications, being a source of hope, succor and inspiration to man. You have impacted positively on many preachers in their journeys to priesthood and greatness.

“At seventy-two, you’re a charismatic and inspirational spiritual leader involved in the foremost organizations of Christendom in country; the Christain Association of Nigeria, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria,the former, you served as Vice President.

“In your weekly End-Time Television and Radio evangelism programme, you preach the undiluted words of God with missionary zeal, emphasizing spirituality, reconciliation, repentance, and salvation, which has saw many converted to Christianity.

“We appreciate your fervent prayers for the nation, and we recognize your immeasurable contributions to the growth, unity and peace  of the body of Christ even as we continue to benefit from your vision, knowledge, wisdom and foresight.” The lawmaker remarked.

Hon. Ukodhiko, who is the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Science and Technology prayed to God to continually endow Rev. Simeon Okah with good health, long life and more grace to continue to win more souls to Christ and work for the welfare and progress of Isoko and humanity.
