HOUSE of Representative member-elect for Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko has showered encomium on the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro as he marks his 55th birth anniversary.
Ukodhiko, in a statement on Sunday, described Otuaro as “a peace ambassador, passionate patriot, humane administrator, and a refined political leader of impeccable disposition.”
He said, “Deacon Otuaro has been a committed public servant, and he has commendably played pivotal roles in the success story of the Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa-led administration in Delta State.
“Unlike some states, we have had a rancor free administration in Delta due largely to the Deputy Governor’s unalloyed loyalty, simplicity, and his ardent love for peace .”
The former Delta Energy Commissioner lauded Deacon Kingsley Otuaro for his immeasurable contributions to the socioeconomic and political development of the State.
“As a Deputy Governor, he has handled all assignments given to him by His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa with passion, precision, and a touch of excellence.
“His Excellency brought his expertise in crises management to bear when he served as Chairman, Peace Advocacy Committee Against Oil Facility Vandalism in Delta State.
“Yes, he worked hard to ensure there were relative peace in oil-producing communities that saw to increased oil production from Delta State.
“The State Deputy Governor, has proven his mettle in the legal profession and in politics, and he has been a dependable ally of the Governor of Delta State.
“bringing into public service humility, dignity, integrity, and a cerebral approach of solving problems.
“I recall my 8months short-stay as a member of State Executive Council and a civil Commissioner, the Deputy Governor was encouraging and supportive to me.
“The Deputy Governor’s contributions to deliberations during Council’s meetings were usually profund, exuding erudition and, clarity of thoughts.
“We are proud of the State Deputy Governor’s remarkable achievements, and we appreciate his exemplary leadership.
