Wikki Tourists FC gets new technical adviser

THE Management of Wikki Tourists Football Club of Bauchi, has appointed Abdullahi Adamu as the new  Technical Adviser for the  club.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the former Technical Adviser of the club, Kabiru Dogo resigned as the Technical Adviser of the Premier League club on Jan. 31.

This is contained in a statement by Abdullahi Kobi, Media officer of the Club on Tuesday in Bauchi.

Kobi said Adamu was presented an appointment letter by the Chairman of the Club, Balarabe Douglas at a brief ceremony at the club`s secretariat.

“The Wikki Tourists new gaffer joined the Club during the 2019/20 Nigeria Professional Football League Season as acting Technical Adviser and later Chief Coach when Kabiru Dogo was appointed Technical Adviser.

“While accepting the offer, Adamu promised to do his best for the club to justify the confidence reposed in him,“he said.

He solicited for more understanding, patience and prayers, saying the task ahead was a collective one.

Adamu was at different times, Coach of Green Beret FC of Zaria and Katsina United FC of Katsina. (NAN)
