Work to commence on Ihembosi-Ukpor Road

GOVERNOR Willie Obiano of Anambra has announced commencement of work on the Ihembosi-Ukpor road in Ekwusigo Local Government Area, LGA.

The governor directed that work be commenced immediately after the contractor would have been mobilised.

Announcing this during a campaign tour of Ozubulu, Headquarters, of Ekwusigo LGA, Governor Obiano said when completed, the road would promote socio-economic activities within the area

He also noted that his administration would continue to promote the course of the youths by engaging them meaningfully for more to useful to the society.

The Transition Committee Chairman, Ekwusigo LGA,  Ikenna Ofodeme described Gov. Obiano as an economic expert with vast administrative knowledge.

Ofodeme said his LGA would ensure landslide victory for APGA, in the Nov. 18 Governorship Election.

Jude Emechetta, managing director, Anambra State Signage and Advertisement Agency and Chairman, Obiano Support Group, said that 2,00 registered voters in Ekwusiogo would assure victory of APGA at the polls.

He said that he was certain that governor’s physical projects would pave the way for his re-election.
