Hashim urged all stakeholders to maintain the existing cordial relationship with him as they showed to his predecessor.

He commended the outgoing Area Controller for his remarkable achievements and target set in the Command on trade facilitation, revenue collections, Customs civic responsibilities to host communities, and a robust stakeholder engagement.

He appealed to all to render him all the necessary assistance that would lead to the actualisation of the Command’s annual target and successful administration.

Earlier, the outgoing Customs Area Controller and Ag. ACG Yakubu Salihu, expressed optimism that with the utmost support of his lieutenants and Stakeholders, he was able to make a successful journey throughout his stay in the command.
