CHIEF Solomon Iorpev, Technical Adviser to Gov. Hyacinth Alia on Media, Publicity and Strategic Communication has donated assorted items to more than 100 widows to enable them to celebrate Christmas.

The items donated include wrappers, cartons of seasoning, bags of salt, cash, and a cow, among others.

Iorpev promised that the gesture would be sustained and that it would be done twice a year, beginning in 2025.

He said that the efforts were in line with Alia’s vision to empower the vulnerable and the masses in general.

The technical adviser urged the beneficiaries and entire people of Mbavaa in Konshisha Local Government Area to support the governor to succeed.

He said that the governor’s mission was to change the narrative and would stop at nothing to deliver good governance.

Iorpev stated that Alia was gradually turning the state into a “construction site,” adding that the welfare of the workers and citizens remained his top priorities.

He appreciated his principal for the effective administration he was rendering to the state and called on them to sustain prayers and support for him till his second coming in 2027.

The adviser solicited prayers for himself and all appointees in Konshisha and beyond to deliver effective and sincere services to their principal, the state.

The visibly elated beneficiaries said that it was the first time that such a thing happened in their community.

Atese Amande, on behalf of the beneficiaries, prayed God to bless Iorpev and his principal.(NAN)
