Zamfara Chapter condoles with APC Caretaker Committee over Shekwo’s death

The Zamfara Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has condoled with National Caretaker Committee of the party, over the death of its Nasarawa state Chairman, Mr Philip Shekwo.

This is contained in a statement by the state chairman of the party, Alhaji Lawal Liman on Monday in Gusau.

Liman described Shekwo as a true Nigerian who was a patriotic and dedicated APC member.

“On behalf of the entire APC members in Zamfara, I am using this medium to condole with the National Caretaker Committee of our great party led by Gov. Mai Mala Buni over the death of Nasarawa APC Chairman Mr Philip Shekwo.

“I extend our condolence to Nasarawa State Government, the state APC chapter as well as entire people of the state over the death of Shekwo.

“I also wish to register our condolence to his family over his death, I pray God to give them the fortitude to bear the loss,” he said.

Liman urged Nigerians to support President Muhammad Buhari in his bid to tackle the security challenges facing the country. (NAN)
