Anambra State Ministry of Health Ambulance Service rescues accident victims

FOURTEEN persons involved in a road accident that occurred at Millennium/Joel Pharmaceutical Company Junction, Enugu Onitsha Expressway Awka have been rescued by a team from the State Ministry of Health Ambulance Service.
The accident which occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, August 30, 2022, was a result of the brake failure of a commercial bus resulting in the fatal accident as confirmed by an eyewitness.
A driver of the commercial bus who sustained a head injury while some passengers sustained minor injuries was rushed to the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital Amaku, Awka, and is currently receiving medical attention.
The good news is that no life was lost during the fatal accident.
