Breaking: Killers of Kolade Johnson Dismissed

Justice appears to be coming very quickly for football enthusiast, Kolade Johnson brutally murdered last Sunday by operatives of the Special Anti-Cultism Squad (SACS), a unit tied to the Nigerian Police Force (NPF).

The SACS operatives were identified as Ogunyemi Olalekan (inspector), Godwin Orji (sergeant), and Ojiawuna Samuel (corporal).

The new development, was revealed by the Network for Police Reform in Nigeria (NOPRIN) a group of activists who have devoted their work to police operations in Nigeria, which has been following up on the Johnson’s case.

The group made the revelation through a post on Facebook by its founder, Okechukwu Nwanguma, who wrote: “Our lawyers has been present and monitoring the orderly room trial on Kolade Johnson’s case. Quickly tweet this:

“Update from the orderly room proceeding/trial judgment have been delivered and the officers have been dismissed and have been transferred to Panti SCIID for further investigation and then charging to court. – Independent
