WE commend your ongoing efforts and kindly request their further intensification.

I have observed the ongoing rehabilitation of the old road between Finotel and Amansea, where problematic areas are being addressed. However, I feel compelled to highlight that the quality of this rehabilitation seems to result in a squandering of time and resources. It appears counterproductive to restore a road in a manner that a single instance of rainfall could undo the entire effort.

To elaborate, the approach being employed involves applying crushed chippings to the road surface following some preliminary groundwork. Historical evidence indicates that this method is ultimately futile and wasteful. The question then arises: what utility is derived from refurbishing a road that rapidly deteriorates with the first bout of rain?

What is particularly perplexing is that the  agency and individuals responsible for these actions know the truth but persist in their errors. A notable case in point is the renovation of the Immigration Roundabout, which experienced a similar fate. Within a week, the road reverted to its prior condition despite the recent rehabilitation. This pattern is likely to repeat itself with the roads currently under consideration.

I implore you, Sir, to take heed of these observations in order to break the cycle of recurrent road rehabilitations – colossal waste of scarce  resources. Your attention to this matter could prevent the need for continuous restoration efforts on the same roads.
