Frank Kokori, trade unionist and former secretary-general, National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, NUPENG, 71, December 7. Born in Warri, Delta State, he was educated at the University of Ibadan and Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands. He was a member of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and former vice-president, African Federation Petroleum Committee of the International Labour Organisation, ILO.
