Gov. Yusuf congratulates DIG  Galadanchi over promotion

GOV. Abba Yusuf of Kano State on Saturday congratulated Dasuki Galadanchi over his recent promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG) by the Nigeria Police Force to represent North West zone of the country.

This is contained in a statement by his Director General Media and Publicity, Mr .Bature Dawakin Tofa, in Kano.

Yusuf described DIG Galadanchi as a gallant  Police officer who was committed to serving his fatherland since his enlistment in the Police.

He noted with pleasure how the new DIG served in so many formations and commands with high sense of bravery decorum, enthusiasm and passion for the security of lives and property of Nigerians.

 Yusuf extended felicitations to the “son of the soil” and prayed to Almighty Allah to guide him in the diligent performance of his undertakings.

DIG Dasuki was the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of zone 12, Bauchi at the time of his promotion.

The promotion was confirmed by the Police Service Commission (PSC) on Jan. 24 (NAN)
