BLESSING Ojadi, the leader, Anaku Women Development Union, has called on women to ensure that all eligible members of their families are registered before the exercise ends on August 31.

Ojadi made the call while addressing women at Anaku, headquarters of Ayamelum Local Government Area  of Anambra State.

Ojadi enjoined members, yet be registered, not to be frustrated by the long queues during the ongoing Permanent Voters Card, PVCs, registration centres in the state, rather endure to obtain their voters cards.

The woman leader reminded them that their voter’s cards would be their power to elect Nigerians that would bring about peace and unity in the country in the 2019 General Elections.

She said she was optimistic that once eligible members obtain their PVCs, they would have the powers to elect candidates of their choice during the polls.

“I urge everyone to get their PVCs, so that you will use your power which is your votes to elect a Nigerians that will bring about peace and unity in spite of  our religion and geographic differences.’’

“Do not be scared by long queues at the PVC registration centres because if we mean well for this country, we should be able to do all that is necessary to fulfil our side of the bargain,” Ojadi said.
