The convict, who had no legal representation, was sentenced after he pleaded guilty of two-count charge on house breaking and stealing.

The Magistrate, Ibrahim Emmanuel, sentenced the convict without an option of fine.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp. Chidi Leo, had told the court that the convict committed the offences on Oct. 20 at Narayi Area in Kaduna metropolis.
