Okechukwu Paul Ndibe, civil servant and administrator, 54, March 31. Born in Enugwu-Agidi, Njikoka local government area of Anambra State, he was educated at St Patrick’s College, Emene, Enugu, 1973-1978; University of Nigeria, Nsukka, 1985-1988; Institute for Public-Private Partnership, Washington, USA, 1999; University of Ibadan, 2000-2002; Global Maritime and Transportation School, Kings Point, New York, USA, 2004, APEC Flander Training Institute, Antwerp, Belgium, 2007. He has been working in the Nigeria Railway Corporation, NRC, since 1979, and is now the district manager in Enugu.
