The Nigeria Police Force has announced the postponement of the public launch of the Book titled ‘‘Born to Protect,” a biography of Ibrahim Idris, the inspector general of Police, IGP, earlier scheduled to hold on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the International Trade and Investment Centre Owerri, Imo State. It, however, said that a new date will be communicated.
In a press statement signed by Jimoh Moshood, the Police spokesman, the force said that postponement became necessary as the IGP “has a very important national assignment to attend the same period stipulated for the launch.”
Hence, Moshood said the Force deeply regrets all inconveniences created by the postponement.
