Reps committee promises to ensure Nigeria’s technological advancement

THE House of Representatives Committee on Information Technology, has expressed its determination to ensure Nigeria’s technological advancement.

The Chairman of the House Committee, Rep.  Adedeji Stanley said this at the inaugural meeting of the committee on Wednesday in Abuja.

He said the committee was focused on introducing legislation that would transform the nation into an IT-driven powerhouse.

He said that the committee’s scope of operation included oversight of key agencies among others.
He  reaffirmed his unwavering dedication to the responsibilities at hand.

Extending a hand of fellowship to all committee members, he encouraged them to seize the opportunity to propel the Information Technology sector to the forefront of national development.(NAN)
