Signal Alliance (SA) and Microsoft on Tuesday unveiled a FastTrack Partner Programme to deepen cloud adoption in Nigeria.
The Signal Alliance FastTrack Manager, Mr Kenneth Ufomba, in a statement in Lagos, said that the programme was a customer success service, designed to realise business value faster with the Microsoft Cloud.
“This is an exclusive group of partners across the globe, approved by Microsoft to accelerate the migration of its platforms to the cloud.
“Signal Alliance is one of two partners from the West, East and Central Africa, to join the other 200 partners from across all parts of the world.
“With the explosion of Microsoft Cloud business, these partners will help customers to successfully move their workloads to the cloud, “ he said.
According to Ufomba, Microsoft FastTrack service is a free direct onsite support to help a licensed user organisation on board migrate and drive adoption of Office 365 and other Enterprise Mobility Suite.
He said Enterprise Mobility Suite include exchange online, SharePoint online, Skype for business, Yammer enterprise, Office 365 ProPlus, Intune and Azure AD.
Ufomba noted that SA, being a Microsoft FastTrack Partner would enable group of partners to assist with various on boarding activities, using combination of tools, documentation, guidance and carry out configuration tasks, where applicable.
He said the objective was to drive adoption of workloads to ensure increased productivity of employees, maximise return on Microsoft Cloud investments, drive Technology Change management within the organisation and ensure better business outcomes.
Ufomba said that the programme would also help customers to provide a great customer on boarding experience, shorten customer time-to-value and accelerate customer engagements through high-margin, high-value services.
“Many organisations who are early adopters that engaged us have come to realise that there are many areas where additional help is needed.
“In the last few months, SA has worked with several organisations and provided assistance to customers as they engaged with the SA Microsoft FastTrack team.
“SA has been an enterprise technology provider for over two decades, and it is a leading Microsoft enterprise partner in Nigeria for the past 10 years.
“Also, it is Microsoft biggest Licensed Solutions Provider (LSP) in West Africa.
“It has won several awards, locally and internationally.”(NAN)
