MEMBER representing Isoko North and Isoko South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, Wednesday, felicitated with the Director of Protocol to the Delta State Government (DoP), Chief Onoriode Sunday on his birth anniversary.
Ukodhiko, in a statement on by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr. Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, commended Onoriode for his dedication, steadfastness and commitment to the development of the State.
According to the PDP’s federal lawmaker, “Chief Onoriode is a staunch member and a frontline leader of our great party, the PDP from Ethiope-East LGA who has contributed immeasurably to the advancement of the PDP in Delta, particularly as State Organizing Secretary.
“He is a humane, kind, unassuming politician who continues to endear himself to the people of the State by his sheer friendliness, hospitality and support, with whom we continue to experience an uncommon bonhomie with.”
Hon. Ukodhiko noted that, “as a politician, High Chief Sunday Onoriode is astute, passionate, always practical and strategic in his political thoughts and actions.
“And he stands firmly in support for many politicians in the state as a dependable ally and team-player, steadfast and unwavering to a worthy cause.
“He shows exemplary worthy traits of a public office-holder and a dutiful politician as the State Director of Protocol, Government House, Asaba.
“He goes about his duties and performs all assignments assigned to him with a sense of urgency, completely unalloyed loyalty, and implicit dedication.
“We recognize Onoriode’s remarkable contributions to Delta State as a former transition committee chairman, Ethiope-East and Commissioner for Primary Education just as we appreciate his friendship, partnership and, pragmatic approach to politics, nay, governance in the State.
“On behalf of my family and the people of Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, I congratulate my dear friend and brother, a detribalized Deltan and astute politician, Okakuro Sunday Eromedoghene Onoriode, on the occasion of his birth anniversary,” Ukodhiko stated.
