According to him, the contractor has a period of 18 months to complete the project.”what we have come for, is to fulfill the promise we made during the campaigns.”
“You could recall that the first project embarked by this administration was in Ogbaru. He therefore advised the people to join hands in protecting government infrastructure in their locality.
“You people told me that this road is strategic for Atani, that is why we are already on it. “We want to do the road once and for all because Ogbaru deserves nothing but the best.”
“For Ogwuikpele, Osamalla and the rest from where food is being evacuated, we will still get down there”, the Governor promised.
He appreciated the people of the area for voting for him, urging them to continue to support him the more by voting for all APGA candidates.
The Commissioner for Works, Mr Ifeanyi Okoma in his speech said that the Governor’s thought had always been how best to link Atani with Ozubulu.
The works commissioner explained that the road was designedly to have stone base and will be cement stabilized, guaranteed to last for 20 years and will be completed in 18 months.
