Bagudu approves N50m for Kebbi Hisbah

GOV. Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi has approved the release of N50 million to Hisbah in the state.

Mallam Yahaya Sarki, Special Adviser, Media to the Governor disclosed this is in a statement he issued to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Birnin Kebbi,  on Wednesday.

Sarki quoted the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Babale Umar-Yauri as saying: “The release of the fund is in fulfillment of a pledge made by Bagudu at the 20th Anniversary Celebration and Appeal Fund  of Kebbi Hisbah.

“The gesture s aimed at enhancing the operations of Hisbah in recognition of the immeasurable contributions of the body to social welfare services and fighting societal ills.” (NAN)
